Shipping and returns

Shipping of your order

Orders placed before 4pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same day. Do you order later or at the weekend? Then your parcel will be sent the next working day. Your parcel or packages will almost always be delivered the next working day by DHL in the Netherlands. Orders to Belgium are sent via PostNL. You can track your order online with the track & trace code you receive.

It may happen that a parcel takes longer to arrive, please take this into account. We do not deliver on Mondays. So if you order on Friday afternoon after 4 pm, on Saturday or Sunday, your order will arrive on Tuesday at the earliest. Your parcel always arrives. Does it really take too long? Then please contact us.

Do you always want your hair dye or other WECOLOUR products to arrive on time? Then take out a free, no-obligation subscription. Your products will always be sent on time. Without you having to worry about it.

Cancellation of your order

Would you like to cancel your order? Send us an e-mail as soon as possible via the e-mail address If the order has not yet been shipped (see above, under shipping), the purchase amount will be refunded the same day via our payment provider Mollie. It may take up to 24 hours for this to be credited to your account. 

On working days after 4 p.m. it is no longer possible to cancel an order, as it has already been dispatched.

Exchange of your order

You cannot exchange a received product or a product already on its way to you, please follow our return policy to do so and then order the desired product.

Return of your order

You can return all or part of your order to us within 30 days of the delivery date. Once we have received your return in good order, we will refund the purchase price of this product to the same account you used to place your order, minus € 2.95 administration costs or € 5.95 for the return label (return label only possible within the Netherlands) and the deduction of any stacking discount. For orders outside the Netherlands, in some cases the initial shipping costs are added.

Eco-packaging can NOT be returned.

Return via DHL with WECOLOUR return label (only for the Netherlands)

We charge € 5.95 for this. Send us a message with what you want to return and we will send you the digital return label that you can print out yourself. You will then send your shipment via DHL. If a parcel is not picked up at a pick-up point and is returned, we will also charge € 5.95 shipping costs. We will then refund the purchase amount minus € 5.95 to your bank account and you can then place a new order yourself.

Parcel not picked up at pick-up point

If a parcel is not picked up at a pick-up point within the Netherlands and is returned to us, we will charge € 9,95 shipping costs. We will then refund the purchase price minus € 9,95 to your bank account, and you will be able to place a new order yourself.

Return via carrier of your choice

You can also send your return to us yourself via the carrier of your choice. Is it a return from outside the Netherlands? Then return via a return label is not possible anyway. In that case, you will have to pay for your preferred shipping method yourself. In this case, € 2.95 in administration costs will be deducted from the return amount plus the deduction of any stacking discount and any initial shipping costs.

Returns are at the risk of the buyer. This means that WECOLOUR is not liable for damage or loss of returned packages. Therefore, always ask for a tracking code at the post office and keep it safe. Products must be returned within the 30-day trial period. The period starts the day after receiving your parcel. Hair dye must be returned in its original packaging.

If these conditions are met, we will transfer the purchase amount minus €5.95 or €2.95, any stacking discount and any initial shipping costs (only for returns from outside the Netherlands) to the payment account you used to pay for the order within 24 hours of receipt. Any bonus points are non-refundable.
