Returning and cancellation


Ordered today before 16:00 hours, is shipped the same day (from Monday to Friday). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are being shipped on Monday. 

Cancellation of order

Orders can be cancelled before 4:00 pm on the day of purchase. The purchase sum will be refunded on the same day. Please inform us via It is not possible to cancel an order after 4:00 pm, because the order will already have been sent.

Return of order

You can return your order. It goes without saying that the products must be complete, undamaged, unopened and unused. Exchanging a product is not possible. You will receive a return label from us and we will deduct €5.95 from the purchase price you paid. You can then place a new order with us. If you prefer to return the product yourself, you can send it to the address below. We will then charge an administration fee of €2.95. 

If a parcel is not picked up at a pick-up point and is returned, we also charge €5.95 shipping costs. We will then refund the purchase price minus €5.95 to your bank account and then you can place a new order yourself.

Returns are at the buyers risk. This means that Wecolour is not responsible for the damage of loss of returned hair colour packages. Therefore, always ask for a tracking code at the post office and make sure you keep this. The hair colour must be returned within the trial period of 30 days. This period starts the day after the hair package has been received. The hair colour must be returned in its original packaging. If these conditions are met, we will return the amount paid within 24 hours after receipt to the payment account you used to pay for the order.
