As pure as possible

Overview hair colour 6.64 copper red light brown

The copper red light brown 5.0 is of professional quality and especially developed to use at home. It is as pure as possible, without ammonia, resorcinol and parabens. It's much better for your hair and less stressful. It makes your hair shine and it makes it softer than usual after dyeing. The hair colour remains beautiful for a long time due to the pigment in the paint. Every package of hair dye is enough to dye medium hair. If your hair is shorter, you can use one package to dye the outgrowth a several times after the first use. Our hair dye can be stored, unlike many other hair dyes, as long as the colourcream is not mixed with the developer. It's therefore ideal for dyeing outgrowth, because you can use it several times. If you have hair down to the shoulders, you only need one package. Is your hair longer or very thick we advise you to order 2 packages. You can always use less and make some extra if you don't have enough.

The colour comes in a tube of 60ml which has to be mixed with the activator with a ratio of 1:1. The colour and activator should be mixed with the enclosed brush in a plastic container (warning: do not use a metal container or metal cutlery! When the colour comes in touch with metal, it will rust and remain unusable).

If you order a package of copper red light brown hair dye, you recieve everything you need included in the package:

  • Copper red light brown colour cream - 60ml
  • Developer 6% - 60 ml
  • Brush with comb
  • Plastic gloves
  • User manual
  • Sachet of shampoo (15ml) and conditioner (15ml)

With a 6% hydrogen peroxide developer you can lighten up your hair 1 - 2 tints to a copper red light brown colour if it hasn't been dyed yet. If your hair is darker than copper red light brown and it's been dyed, you can't make it any lighter with this colour.

About red hair colours

The copper red light brown hair dye is a warm and red colour. These kinds of colours contain the least allergens. Are you (possibly) allergic? You can order a free sample to test if you're allergic to our dye. A disadvantage of red tints is that they fade more quickly. This is especially the case if you've never dyed your hair red before. Dyeing hair to a red colour is most difficult the first time. Red pigments just fade quicker than other pigments. To succesfully dye your hair red for a longer amount of time, you would have to 'stack' the pigment. You can do this by dyeing your hair red again over the already dyed hair a couple of times. WECOLOUR is as pure as possible and doesn't damage your hair. That's why you can dye your hair a couple of times in a row without having to worry about the health of your hair. You'll see that the colour will stay on for longer every time you dye. It takes patience, but the results are worth it.

Shipping to Belgium, Germany and England is free if you order mulitple products. Unfortunately, our products can't fit through the mailbox in countries abroad because these orders require a signature before recieval.

Colour advice
Colour advice

Our hair dye in the colour 6.64 is a nice, copper red light brown colour. The colour has full coverage for grey hair. If you find the colour too bright, you can mix it with the light brown 6.0 or the copper light brown 6.4, or you can make it more dull and dark with the brown 5.0. If you naturally have hair that's difficult to dye, it's better to opt for a darker tint. With porous or damaged hair, it's best to opt for a lighter tint. Porous and damaged hair absorbs the paint better, often making the colour darker than desired.

Every package comes equipped with an instruction flyer. The mixing ratio of colour cream and developer is 1:1. Shake the developer well before use. Mix 1 tube of colour cream with 1 bottle of developer in a plastic or glass bowl until you have an even mixture. If you only want to dye your outgrowth or if your hair is very short, you can use half of both the developer and the colour cream. Use the hair colour within 12 months after opening. Once you've applied the dye to your roots, continue applying the dye throughout the lengths and ends. Use the end of the brush to separate sections of hair. Per section, brush the colour into your hair and massage it thoroughly so it's evenly spread. Repeat this for all sections. When you've finished, leave the colour in your hair to develop for 35 minutes

Read the instructions carefully before colouring!

Preparation and tips
Preparation and tips

Tips and tricks for dyeing your hair with the best results:

  • We recommend that you perform an allergy test at least three days before dyeing your hair. Mix a tiny bit of the colour cream with a drop of the developer and apply it on the inside of your arm under a plaster. Make sure you leave the dye for at least 72 hours, occasionally check to see how your skin is reacting to the dye. If you have an allergic reaction, we advise you not to dye your hair.
  • For the best results, don’t wash your hair for two days before dyeing your hair. This protects your scalp.
  • Use an old towel.
  • Always use plastic gloves (included in the package).
  • Don't use a metal bowl to mix the colouring. Always use a plastic or glass bowl.
  • Use a brush to apply the dye (included in the package).
  • Use an alarm to keep track of the time.
  • If you won't be using all of the colour cream in one go, it's best to use kitchen scales to accurately measure out the cream.
  • Before applying the dye, you can apply some oil-based cream to your hairline along your forehead, ears and neck so the dye won't stain your skin.

What our clients say

The 5.1 ash brown is a super great hair dye! Didn't have hair loss as I usually do with other dye. Good and long coverage! I'm a fan! I'll definitely order more often.

I've never coloured my hair before, so I was a bit scared to do it myself. After reading the instructions properly it all worked out well. My grey hair is completely gone, my hair feels vibrant and the colour is exactly as I expected. The colour is more natural than I could ever imagine.
