Overview hair colour 6.71 hazelnut light brown

hair_dye_hazelnut_light_brown

The hazelnut light brown hair colour is of professional quality and designed to use at home. As pure as possible, without ammonia, sulfate and parabens. WECOLOUR is therefore much better for your hair than most hair dye from a drugstore. That also means the colour stays beautiful for a longer amount of time. You'll see that WECOLOUR hair dye cares for your hair. It's softer after dyeing and it'll have a nice shine. The high quality pigment in the dye makes sure the dye stays beuatiful for long.

Don't need the whole package to dye your hair? Then WECOLOUR is a beneficial choice. The dye you don't use can be kept for up to twelve months. That means you don't waste any dye. If you have short hair, you can due your hair multiple times, because a normal package is enough to dye hair up to the shoulders. You should make sure to keep the colour cream and developer in its packaging, because you can only store unmixed hair dye.

The colour comes in a tube of 60ml that has to be mixed with the activator with a ratio of 1:1. The colour and activator should be mixed with the enclosed brush in a plastic container (warning: do not use a metal container or metal cutlery! When the colour comes in touch with metal, it will rust and become unusable).

The results depend, like any other hair dye, on the colour and structure of your natural hair. With light, fine, curling or porous hair, the hazelnut light brown colour can turn out to be way darker than desired. In that case, it's best to mix the 6.71 with the 7.0 dark blonde or 8.0 natural blonde for a lighter result. The 7.7 caramel dark blonde also has a pretty result when mixed with the 6.71. Caramel dark blonde is a warm colour, so it will have a nice warm effect in combination with the 6.71. You can use a mixing ratio of 1/3 of 6.71 and 2/3 7.7 if you're afraid the hazelnut light brown will be too dark for you.

The hazelnut light brown hair colour contains a 60ml colourcream that you mix with the developer (6%) in a ratio of 1:1. A package contains everything you need:

  • Colour cream chestnut dark brown - 60ml
  • Developer 6% - 60ml
  • Brush with comb
  • Plastic gloves
  • User manual
  • Sachet of shampoo (15ml) and conditioner (15ml)

With 6% hydrogen peroxide you can lighten your hair 1 - 2 tints to a hazelnut light brown colour if your hair hasn't been dyed yet. If your hair is dyed to a colour thar's darker than hazelnut light brown, you can't dye it any lighter with this colour.

Colour advice
Colour advice

Our hair dye in the colour 6.71 is a nice hazelnut light brown colour. The colour has full coverage for grey hair. If the hazelnut light brown is too light for you, you could mix it with the brown 5.0. You can make it lighter with the 7.0 dark blonde or the 7.7 caramel dark blonde. If the 6.71 hazelnut light brown is too warm for you, you could opt for the 6.0 light brown instead. For porous, light, fine or curly hair, it's best to mix with a lighter tint (see the headline above for more explanation).

Instructions

Every package comes equipped with an instruction flyer. The mixing ratio of colour cream and developer is 1:1. Shake the developer well before use. Mix 1 tube of colour cream with 1 bottle of developer in a plastic or glass bowl until you have an even mixture. If you only want to dye your outgrowth or if your hair is very short, you can use half of both the developer and the colour cream. Use the hair colour within 12 months after opening. Once you've applied the dye to your roots, continue applying the dye throughout the lengths and ends. Use the end of the brush to separate sections of hair. Per section, brush the colour into your hair and massage it thoroughly so it's evenly spread. Repeat this for all sections. When you've finished, leave the colour in your hair to develop for 35 minutes.

Read the instructions carefully before colouring!

Preparation and tips
Preparation and tips

Tips and tricks for dyeing your hair with the best results:

  • We recommend that you perform an allergy test at least three days before dyeing your hair. Mix a tiny bit of the colour cream with a drop of the developer and apply it on the inside of your arm under a plaster. Make sure you leave the dye for at least 72 hours, occasionally check to see how your skin is reacting to the dye. If you have an allergic reaction, we advise you not to dye your hair.
  • For the best results, don’t wash your hair for two days before dyeing your hair. This protects your scalp.
  • Use an old towel.
  • Always use plastic gloves (included in the package).
  • Don't use a metal bowl to mix the colouring. Always use a plastic or glass bowl.
  • Use a brush to apply the dye (included in the package).
  • Use an alarm to keep track of the time.
  • If you won't be using all of the colour cream in one go, it's best to use kitchen scales to accurately measure out the cream.
  • Before applying the dye, you can apply some oil-based cream to your hairline along your forehead, ears and neck so the dye won't stain your skin.

What our clients say

Nice dye and a really pretty hazelnut light brown colour! The colour is as beautiful as you can see on the website. And after dyeing, my hair was really soft. I'll definitely order here again.

Stella

My hair was grey for the most part, but the part that wasn't, was still dyed. I used the colour 6.71 on all of my hair. The dye doesn't drip, making it easy to apply and the result is gorgeous. They said the colour would look natural and it does.
